Enraged, Karl grabbed Fritz's hand, as well as the rose the other man held within it.

Remembering the strange way that governor had looked at Fritz, Karl then shouted: "Did he rαρε you?"

Fritz smiled when he looked at his surprised expression, his fingers suddenly moving to point towards a bird fluttering its wings in an exquisite birdcage hanging in the pavilion.

"Huh. I'll go get it!" It was the first time he had ever heard Fritz use such a spoiled tone when talking to him, it made him so happy his heart was all mush. He jogged over to go grab that bird, handing to Fritz. Karl then looked at Fritz smile sweetly at the chirping bird, his little finger extending to open the small bird's red beak.

"Fritz, you have to believe me. Please, believe me."

"So what?"

"I am not a kid!"

"Maybe you'll regret it when you grow up."

The strength of his grip forcing the pale and delicate skin belonging to Fritz's palm to become pierced by the sharp pointed thorns, and from those wounds, sprung droplets of blood.

Fritz smiled when he looked at his surprised expression, his fingers suddenly moving to point towards a bird fluttering its wings in an exquisite birdcage hanging in the pavilion.

Karl still stared at him dazedly, and upon seeing this Fritz sighed, coming back to him, delivering a soft kiss.

"So what?"

Fritz had taken off the bronze mas he had worn, but there seemed to still be a mask he still wore, one between them that couldn't be seen nor could it be torn from his face.

How could could a child so green, so unknowing of the world, have such a fire burning in his chest it was practically about to burn through.

"Karl, I want to make you the highest power within the Thorned Rose."

Fritz turned his head to look at Karl, the unwillingness to part in his eyes. His lips slightly curving upwards into a smile.

Such a feeling... made Karl feel so grieved, so pricked with pain, his voice seemed to be caught in his throat: "Fritz!"

"He... what did he do to you?"

Fritz turned his head to look at Karl, the unwillingness to part in his eyes. His lips slightly curving upwards into a smile.

Karl watched as the small bird which was screeching in Fritz's hand just a second ago, suddenly quiet and straighten it's limbs, crying out in shock: "Huh—"

With tear filled eyes, he wanted to accuse Fritz, the words made their way into his throat, but once his lips parted, all he could do was gasp.

Fritz had taken off the bronze mas he had worn, but there seemed to still be a mask he still wore, one between them that couldn't be seen nor could it be torn from his face.

"Fritz..."

Fritz smiled, but he said no words.

Karl nodded instantly.

Karl lifted his head, staring at the balcony where two potted flowers stood.

"What?"

"So you fled to the sums, took on the identity of a janitor as a cover, then hid as you secretly developed an undetectable poison which can kill someone?"

"What?" Karl was confused, not understanding his meaning.

"...I'll see you soon... my future Mafia King."

From the youth's eyes, tears streamed down his cheeks, falling on the wrist Fritz had rested on Karl's leg, before they slid off it and onto Karl's black tuxedo.

The strength of his grip forcing the pale and delicate skin belonging to Fritz's palm to become pierced by the sharp pointed thorns, and from those wounds, sprung droplets of blood.

"So what?"

"Um..." Karl wanted to confess than he never actually paid attention all too well, but he was scared he'd earn a reproachful look from Fritz and so gave a guilty snort. The position he had in the heart of that peculiar and both sex having body having father of his meant a great deal to him!

The sincerity carried in his son's pleading eyes filled those deep beautiful eye's of Fritz with gentleness, as he then tenderly took Karl's hands into his own.

Agitated by his words, Karl's heart shook. He turned to a rose bush, yanking the thorn covered vines with a force, the sharp barbs no different than sweet daggers.

Karl's vision blurred, his gaze following the trail left by his tears as they slid down Fritz's wrists. But as he did so, he also discovered, aged purple bruises on those same delicate wrists.

"I'm heading back. It won't be good if we're discovered."

"What is this?"

Karl's vision blurred, his gaze following the trail left by his tears as they slid down Fritz's wrists. But as he did so, he also discovered, aged purple bruises on those same delicate wrists.

Karl looked at him in shock, "The Thorned Rose? ...Fritz, you..."

Enraged, Karl grabbed Fritz's hand, as well as the rose the other man held within it.

Karl looked at him in shock, "The Thorned Rose? ...Fritz, you..."

Karl still stared at him dazedly, and upon seeing this Fritz sighed, coming back to him, delivering a soft kiss.

How could could a child so green, so unknowing of the world, have such a fire burning in his chest it was practically about to burn through.

The second he grabbed Fritz's wrist, he was so bound with nerves he forgot his sadness.

"So you fled to the sums, took on the identity of a janitor as a cover, then hid as you secretly developed an undetectable poison which can kill someone?"

"..." Karl wanted to speak but he also couldn't say anything out loud.

"I am not a kid!"

Karl watched as the small bird which was screeching in Fritz's hand just a second ago, suddenly quiet and straighten it's limbs, crying out in shock: "Huh—"

"Fritz, you have to believe me. Please, believe me."

Karl still stared at him dazedly, and upon seeing this Fritz sighed, coming back to him, delivering a soft kiss.

"What?"

"It's nothing." Fritz lightly drew his hand away from Karl's grip, to instead take the hand Karl had pierced by the roses into his own and bringing it towards his lips. The tip of his tongue reached out, dazedly licking the blood off Karl's hand, his eyes expressing pity as he spoke. "When I saw you in that tux tonight, I made myself believe you were al grown up. But... it seems to have turned out, you are still very much a child,"

"What?"

Karl still stared at him dazedly, and upon seeing this Fritz sighed, coming back to him, delivering a soft kiss.

"Chemistry."

"Nothing. Anyhow, are you studying hard?"

"Fritz, are you really the eldest son of the governor?"

"I am not a kid!"

"P-poison?"

"The fourth floor above this pavilion is where my bedroom is located. From a good bit away beyond the outer fence, you can see it clearly."

Fritz smiled, gently snuggling himself into Karl's arms. "Such a silly child... I know you're good to me, but you're still a child, one who thinks of this world far too simply."

With tear filled eyes, he wanted to accuse Fritz, the words made their way into his throat, but once his lips parted, all he could do was gasp.

"What?! ..."

How could could a child so green, so unknowing of the world, have such a fire burning in his chest it was practically about to burn through.

"So what happened that year? What left you with no choice but to drop out of school? Who made you hate them so much you'd want to kill them?"

"But Lina means nothing to me. The only one I like is you—in this life, for me there will only be you!"

To figure the reason behind his acts, Karl relied on his own ability. "You once studied chemistry at university, and was the most promising student at the school. Yet, for some reason, something happened and you suddenly had to drop out of school. So after that, you went to go live in the slums... is that right?"

Remembering the strange way that governor had looked at Fritz, Karl then shouted: "Did he rαρε you?"

Fritz nodded, his face which had been drained of colour due to his agitated state, again returned to normal.

"That girl likes you."

Once Karl saw Fritz's pained expression, his heart felt like a rock, inking in his chest, "Is... is it the governor?"

"But Lina means nothing to me. The only one I like is you—in this life, for me there will only be you!"

Kissing Fritz's lips softly, Karl then wrapped the older man's slender body in his arms tightly: "What?"

"Because of the numerous amount of times he rαρεd me, I got pregnant. Back then... the child in my stomach was already five months along, and if I waited any longer I couldn't have hidden it, so I did just as he suggested all along and went through with the school withdrawal procedure."

Such a feeling... made Karl feel so grieved, so pricked with pain, his voice seemed to be caught in his throat: "Fritz!"

"So you fled to the sums, took on the identity of a janitor as a cover, then hid as you secretly developed an undetectable poison which can kill someone?"

Tightly hugging Fritz, Karl never expected the beautiful creature in possession of such a mysterious body had such a astounding past. It was so overwhelming, his heart was pained to the point he almost shed tears.

"But I'm your father."

Fritz smiled, gently snuggling himself into Karl's arms. "Such a silly child... I know you're good to me, but you're still a child, one who thinks of this world far too simply."

"So what?"

"With god as my witness, if I fail you, then let my heart be pierced by these thorn covered vines!"

"...it was worse than that."

Agitated by his words, Karl's heart shook. He turned to a rose bush, yanking the thorn covered vines with a force, the sharp barbs no different than sweet daggers.

"You have to pass by this place on your way to school, right? So if you ever spot both these flower pots missing, it means I'll be coming to find you that day."

"With god as my witness, if I fail you, then let my heart be pierced by these thorn covered vines!"

"Fritz, you have to believe me. Please, believe me."

"That, I want that, Karl."

"Karl, I want to make you the highest power within the Thorned Rose."

iana: the plot is thickening more than their family bloodline.

"Fritz!" Karl hastily protested, but Fritz moved his hand to cover the youth's mouth, his beautiful eyes flashing with a serene glow, "Karl, do you really hate those nobles?"

From the youth's eyes, tears streamed down his cheeks, falling on the wrist Fritz had rested on Karl's leg, before they slid off it and onto Karl's black tuxedo.

"I was eighteen years old that year. Although my crippled body made me different from everyone else and made things very painful, I still always gave my all into becoming a world class chemist, but he... he... all my dreams were shattered because of him. After I dropped out and returned home, he imprisoned me, rαρεd me every single night, getting me pregnant three times in over three years... and the odds of giving birth to a healthy child because of our close relations was just too small. Each one of those three babies weren't alive after they were born. Under the rose bushes surrounding this pavilion... is where all their little skeletons are buried.

Fritz had taken off the bronze mas he had worn, but there seemed to still be a mask he still wore, one between them that couldn't be seen nor could it be torn from his face.

"Fritz!" Karl hastily protested, but Fritz moved his hand to cover the youth's mouth, his beautiful eyes flashing with a serene glow, "Karl, do you really hate those nobles?"

"What is this?"

"Maybe you'll regret it when you grow up."

"And go where?"

Between the pair of lips joining in a kiss, soft words were spoken: "Because I won't give you a chance to regret it—just like now."

Karl watched as the small bird which was screeching in Fritz's hand just a second ago, suddenly quiet and straighten it's limbs, crying out in shock: "Huh—"

Karl watched as the small bird which was screeching in Fritz's hand just a second ago, suddenly quiet and straighten it's limbs, crying out in shock: "Huh—"

"You need to learn to strengthen your heart..."

"Chemistry."

Enraged, Karl grabbed Fritz's hand, as well as the rose the other man held within it.

"This should be the most lethal and undetectable poison in the world. It's colourless, odourless, and if you use it on a person, when they die suddenly the doctor's won't be able to make any other diagnosis apart from them dying of a stroke."

"...I'll see you soon... my future Mafia King."

From the youth's eyes, tears streamed down his cheeks, falling on the wrist Fritz had rested on Karl's leg, before they slid off it and onto Karl's black tuxedo.

"What?! ..."

Remembering the strange way that governor had looked at Fritz, Karl then shouted: "Did he rαρε you?"

"Maybe you'll regret it when you grow up."

"...it was worse than that."

"This should be the most lethal and undetectable poison in the world. It's colourless, odourless, and if you use it on a person, when they die suddenly the doctor's won't be able to make any other diagnosis apart from them dying of a stroke."

"Then... then what..."

"I begged him many times to go let me go, I begged him many times to find a heathy woman to give birth to his heir... But all he did was stubbornly say to me was no, and that he would make sure the one who gave birth to his beautiful and precious son was his beloved me, as he continued to force himself upon me. At that time, I was far too weak, I couldn't resist him at all. But if things continued the way they were, I would've surely wound up dead! So I thought up a plan to escape, then... I got free. For the first time in a long time, I breathed a breath of fresh air, and when I did so, I swore that there would come a day I would return and give him the revenge he deserves!"

"Because of the numerous amount of times he rαρεd me, I got pregnant. Back then... the child in my stomach was already five months along, and if I waited any longer I couldn't have hidden it, so I did just as he suggested all along and went through with the school withdrawal procedure."

"Fritz, what was your major when you studied before?"

"But Lina means nothing to me. The only one I like is you—in this life, for me there will only be you!"

"And go where?"

With tear filled eyes, he wanted to accuse Fritz, the words made their way into his throat, but once his lips parted, all he could do was gasp.

iana: the plot is thickening more than their family bloodline.

"What?! ..."

"The fourth floor above this pavilion is where my bedroom is located. From a good bit away beyond the outer fence, you can see it clearly."

"..." Karl wanted to speak but he also couldn't say anything out loud.

Karl nodded instantly.

The second he grabbed Fritz's wrist, he was so bound with nerves he forgot his sadness.

"What?" Karl was confused, not understanding his meaning.

That hermaphrodite who once wept as he had forcefully plucked their secret flower, was he really the same Fritz who now stood before him, talking about killing someone with a straight face?

"But I'm your father."

"Fritz, are you really the eldest son of the governor?"

"With god as my witness, if I fail you, then let my heart be pierced by these thorn covered vines!"

"I believe you."

Karl followed the path of Fritz's pointed fingers, his entire body erupting in a chill.

N/A

Fritz smiled when he looked at his surprised expression, his fingers suddenly moving to point towards a bird fluttering its wings in an exquisite birdcage hanging in the pavilion.

The second he grabbed Fritz's wrist, he was so bound with nerves he forgot his sadness.

"Fritz... Fritz..." Feeling the strength of the arms around him, Fritz also held the other in his embrace. As they held one another, Karl whispered in Fritz's ear, "So can we promise that after we get rid of that old thing, and the police stop investing it, we can leave this place?"

Once Karl saw Fritz's pained expression, his heart felt like a rock, inking in his chest, "Is... is it the governor?"

Such a feeling... made Karl feel so grieved, so pricked with pain, his voice seemed to be caught in his throat: "Fritz!"

"You need to learn to strengthen your heart..."

"I begged him many times to go let me go, I begged him many times to find a heathy woman to give birth to his heir... But all he did was stubbornly say to me was no, and that he would make sure the one who gave birth to his beautiful and precious son was his beloved me, as he continued to force himself upon me. Fritz raised his little finger with a smile, "Do you understand now? This is the result of the chemistry I learned before that haven't gone to waste."

"But Lina means nothing to me. The only one I like is you—in this life, for me there will only be you!"

The strength of his grip forcing the pale and delicate skin belonging to Fritz's palm to become pierced by the sharp pointed thorns, and from those wounds, sprung droplets of blood.

"So you fled to the sums, took on the identity of a janitor as a cover, then hid as you secretly developed an undetectable poison which can kill someone?"

"That girl likes you."

Fritz smiled, gently snuggling himself into Karl's arms. "Such a silly child... I know you're good to me, but you're still a child, one who thinks of this world far too simply."

"..." Fritz remained silent, only nodding in response.

"Seriously?" Karl lifted his head in shock! Fritz's quiet and introverted personality did make more suitable for science based subjects.

"What?"

Fritz nodded, his face which had been drained of colour due to his agitated state, again returned to normal.

"And go where?"

"I believe you."

"The fourth floor above this pavilion is where my bedroom is located. From a good bit away beyond the outer fence, you can see it clearly."

"What is this?"

"..." Karl wanted to speak but he also couldn't say anything out loud.

Only when he held that man in his arms tightly, was he able to feel the warmth of Fritz, that much still had not changed.

"Maybe you'll regret it when you grow up."

Tightly hugging Fritz, Karl never expected the beautiful creature in possession of such a mysterious body had such a astounding past. It was so overwhelming, his heart was pained to the point he almost shed tears.

Karl still stared at him dazedly, and upon seeing this Fritz sighed, coming back to him, delivering a soft kiss.

"Fritz, what was your major when you studied before?"

Fritz's expression showed his agreement to Karl's summation, while on his recollection of certain bitter memories had made his straightened face twitch.

"P-poison?"

"Fritz..."

"Fritz!" Karl hastily protested, but Fritz moved his hand to cover the youth's mouth, his beautiful eyes flashing with a serene glow, "Karl, do you really hate those nobles?"

"I am not a kid!"

"Don't... don't ask me any questions. I promise, bit by bit, I'll explain it to you in the future. And Karl... I have to make you take off that crown off the ruler of the Thorned Rose."

"Seriously?" Karl lifted his head in shock! Fritz's quiet and introverted personality did make more suitable for science based subjects.

"Fritz..."

"Fritz, you have to believe me. Please, believe me."

"What is this?"

"To a place where things are easygoing, where we'll be free... a place where we don't have to deal with those hypocritical nobles, alright? Even though I'm young, I'm strong, I can earn enough money to support you. If there no other way, we'll just have no children and the two of us can just live our lives together happily. Will that be aright, Fritz? I promise I will love you with all I have, all of it, and I won't ever let you suffer any injustice. If you get mad, I'll be perfectly fine if you hit me or curse me! Do you understand? Do you get that, Fritz?"

Only when he held that man in his arms tightly, was he able to feel the warmth of Fritz, that much still had not changed.

"What?" Karl was confused, not understanding his meaning.

"Nothing. Anyhow, are you studying hard?"

The second he grabbed Fritz's wrist, he was so bound with nerves he forgot his sadness.

"Y-you... who are you planning to use this on?"

"Fritz... Fritz..." Feeling the strength of the arms around him, Fritz also held the other in his embrace. As they held one another, Karl whispered in Fritz's ear, "So can we promise that after we get rid of that old thing, and the police stop investing it, we can leave this place?"

Fritz had taken off the bronze mas he had worn, but there seemed to still be a mask he still wore, one between them that couldn't be seen nor could it be torn from his face.

"Karl, I want to make you the highest power within the Thorned Rose."

"Fritz..."

"What?! ..."

"You have to pass by this place on your way to school, right? So if you ever spot both these flower pots missing, it means I'll be coming to find you that day."

Fritz raised his little finger with a smile, "Do you understand now? This is the result of the chemistry I learned before that haven't gone to waste."

"So what?"

Karl looked at him in shock, "The Thorned Rose? ...Fritz, you..."

Karl still stared at him dazedly, and upon seeing this Fritz sighed, coming back to him, delivering a soft kiss.

Karl lifted his head, staring at the balcony where two potted flowers stood.

"I'm heading back. It won't be good if we're discovered."

Karl followed the path of Fritz's pointed fingers, his entire body erupting in a chill.

"Fritz..."

The strength of his grip forcing the pale and delicate skin belonging to Fritz's palm to become pierced by the sharp pointed thorns, and from those wounds, sprung droplets of blood.

"That, I want that, Karl."

"Fritz..."

Between the pair of lips joining in a kiss, soft words were spoken: "Because I won't give you a chance to regret it—just like now."

"Fritz... Fritz..." Feeling the strength of the arms around him, Fritz also held the other in his embrace. As they held one another, Karl whispered in Fritz's ear, "So can we promise that after we get rid of that old thing, and the police stop investing it, we can leave this place?"

Fritz turned his head to look at Karl, the unwillingness to part in his eyes. His lips slightly curving upwards into a smile.

With tear filled eyes, he wanted to accuse Fritz, the words made their way into his throat, but once his lips parted, all he could do was gasp.

"You need to learn to strengthen your heart..."

Kissing Fritz's lips softly, Karl then wrapped the older man's slender body in his arms tightly: "What?"

"That girl likes you."

"You have to pass by this place on your way to school, right? So if you ever spot both these flower pots missing, it means I'll be coming to find you that day."

"The fourth floor above this pavilion is where my bedroom is located. From a good bit away beyond the outer fence, you can see it clearly."

"...I'll see you soon... my future Mafia King."

"..." Fritz remained silent, only nodding in response.

"That girl likes you."

Fritz's expression showed his agreement to Karl's summation, while on his recollection of certain bitter memories had made his straightened face twitch.

Karl lifted his head, staring at the balcony where two potted flowers stood.

The guess of his was stammered, and the expression on Fritz's face clearly told him this guess was right.

"Um..." Karl wanted to confess than he never actually paid attention all too well, but he was scared he'd earn a reproachful look from Fritz and so gave a guilty snort. The position he had in the heart of that peculiar and both sex having body having father of his meant a great deal to him!

From the youth's eyes, tears streamed down his cheeks, falling on the wrist Fritz had rested on Karl's leg, before they slid off it and onto Karl's black tuxedo.

The sincerity carried in his son's pleading eyes filled those deep beautiful eye's of Fritz with gentleness, as he then tenderly took Karl's hands into his own.

To figure the reason behind his acts, Karl relied on his own ability. "You once studied chemistry at university, and was the most promising student at the school. Yet, for some reason, something happened and you suddenly had to drop out of school. So after that, you went to go live in the slums... is that right?"
